Cixi Wanlong Electrical Co., Ltd was established in 1999. As a professional heating element manufacturer, we supply to most hotplate and heating factories in China with a 200,000pcs daily output. After several years’ development, we set-up our own hotplate production line in 2009. Currently, our products export to all over the world, such as Germany, USA, Canada, France, Spain, South Africa, Middle East etc, and we have cooperated with many big famous companies, including Walmart, Auchan, Lidl, Steba, Kmart, Target, Watson, Salton, Aroma etc.

As is known to all, quality is extremely important to both factory and customers. We have very strict rules and procedures on quality control. First of all, we do random inspection on most components of IQC, and 100% inspection for whole key components. Second, during production and assembling, we do the Hi-pot testing, wattage testing, current leakage testing on every unit. Finally, after production finished, we do our own random final inspection to ensure the quality. For all the new developed items, they must pass life test for 500 hours. Our company are qualified by ISO9001:2015, BSCI and our products are certificated by GS,CE,CB, RoHS, ETL,ERP, PAH, REACH declaration.

After 10 years’ endeavor and expansion, in 2019 we moved into the new factory. The larger area (15000m2), 6 assembly lines, which can reach output 9000pcs per day and 2,500,000pcs per year. In addition, there are more than 60 punching equipments, including full-automatic and semi-automatic machines. Since we move into the new company, we purchased a full automatic painting line where only several workers are needed during the whole painting process.

We never stop exploring and developing automatic production and we believe this is the key to build the core competitiveness in the quality stability and high efficiency.
